Daniel Dodson

For more than 25 years, criminal defense lawyer Daniel Dodson has been aggressively defending the rights of the accused. He has defended clients from across the nation in state and federal courts throughout the state of Missouri, as well as in other states. With the experience of 250 trials on his side, he offers his clients the highest degree of vigorous representation and knowledgeable Missouri and federal criminal defense.

He is a former member of the boards of directors of both the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) and the Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (MACDL), and a life member of both organizations, as well as of the Legal Committee of National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML). He is a sustaining member of National Child Abuse Defense Resource Center (NCADRC). His relationship with the NACDL began in 1990, and included service as the organization’s public affairs officer in Washington, D.C. – the Association’s spokesperson to media outlets, from 2000 to 2004.

In addition to working with top attorneys across the United States, he has been an advocate for justice on numerous major media outlets, including ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, and MSNBC. He has also been a commentator for the foreign media in Germany, Australia, and Canada. He has been quoted in publications across the U.S. and around the world, including the Wall Street Journal, the Associated Press, and the Irish Times.
